Titan is delighted to announce a new competition called Titan All Stars. It will run throughout the academic year for students across all phases of membership. The competition aims to recognise and reward ‘All Star’ students from our member organisations who go that extra mile.
The competition encourages schools to nominate those students who they feel have proven themselves as an ‘All Star’ during the month. This might include those students who have most improved, those who have shown acts of kindness or those who have done particularly well in their school work. Whatever it is, we want to hear about it.
We’re asking staff to nominate a student, or students, they feel is/are deserving of the award each month and make their submission via email. Submissions should include the name and school year of the student, the information of the staff member who is nominating them and some brief details as to why the student has been nominated.
Once the entry date for that month has closed the submissions will be judged by the Titan Team. The competition is split into three categories: Primary, Secondary and FE/HE/PTP and a monthly winner will be chosen from each category. ‘Titan All Star’ students will receive a certificate and a prize to congratulate them on their hard work and achievement and will also be featured in the Titan monthly newsletter and on our website.
All member organisations that make a submission to the Titan All Stars competition in that month will receive 5 points. The winning submission from each of the categories will receive 5 extra points on top of this. At the end of the academic year the organisations with the most points from each category will win a grand prize and will be crowned a ‘Titan All Star’ member.
The competition will be launched in October so look out for further information shortly. If you have any questions about the Titan All Stars competition please contact Sarah at firstname.lastname@example.org who will be happy to provide further information.
