The Titan Partnership offers a wide range of Professional Development opportunities for colleagues that work in schools. These include:

- Classroom and Learning Assistant training in association with the Birmingham College of Food, Tourism & Creative Studies, Matthew Boulton College and City College
- Foundation Degrees offered through the College of Food, Tourism & Creative Studies, Matthew Boulton and City College
- Training for colleagues involved in the Learning Mentor or Gifted and Talented initiatives
- Mentor training for colleagues involved in mentoring trainee teachers for the SCITT or GTP

The Titan Partnership is a reactive and flexible organisation. Courses and training can be facilitated 'as and when'. For example, training for preparation for the new Diplomas has recently been arranged.
