This programme is in place to support the professional development of other classroom based practitioners i.e. teaching assistants and support staff and for all working in the education sector. Complect/Titan is working closely with University College Birmingham and has devised a scheme in which the work of the wider workforce can be accredited.

The scheme allows accreditation at all levels.

Staff will be able to gain credits towards foundation degrees or those who already have foundation degrees will be able to gain credits towards full degrees.
