Graduate Teacher Programme - Funding

The school will pay your salary at the rate for an unqualified teacher. The TDA may pay a grant of up to £14,000 to the school towards the employment costs as well as a grant of up to £4,150 a year to cover the cost of your training.

The TDA make some places available with the £4,150 training grant only, where the school is able to pay the full cost of your salary.

If all funded places have been allocated the employing school may choose to fund you. This means that they will not be reimbursed for the cost of your salary and they will be required to pay the training grant to Titan.
