Overseas Trained Teachers

Titan can carry out assessment against the QTS Standards for teachers who are qualified to teach in another country.

You must be working in a local school to be considered for OTT assessment.  Titan only offers the ‘assessment only route’ as we do not provide training for OTT.

On the OTT programme, trainees can present themselves for QTS assessment without further training. People with at least two years’ full-time teaching experience (or the part-time equivalent) may be assessed against the Induction Standards at the same time as the QTS Standards.
