The Red Box project is a community-based initiative that supports young people in schools throughout their periods.
They aim to do this by providing red boxes filled with free period products to local schools to ensure that no young woman misses school because she has her period. These boxes are supported and maintained by donations from local businesses and groups. For further information on the project, please see the attached PDF.
Wesleyan would like to support this initiative in Titan schools by providing and donating towards boxes in 20 primary and secondary schools. Schools who would like to take part need to nominate a member of staff to act as lead contact with the Wesleyan team.
If you would be interested in taking part in this project please contact us with the details of your nominated school lead by no later than Friday 10th May.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.
