Chief Executive Officer, SLT
Carolyn is the Chief Executive Officer of the Titan Partnership and oversees all strategic and operational activity of the organisation. Carolyn works closely with key stakeholders and employers across Birmingham to develop strategic partnerships and also delivers on the Initial Teacher Training (ITT) Programme.
Finance and Operations Manager, SLT
Shazia is responsible for managing Titan’s day-to-day business operations including the finance and HR functions. Shazia provides financial support and guidance across all of Titan’s projects and is also responsible for the payroll services provided by Titan.
Initial Teacher Training (ITT) Director, SLT
Claire is responsible for the strategic development and management of our ITT courses. Working closely with all trainees and staff in schools, Claire ensures that they are well supported and also have access to the wide range of unique CPD opportunities provided by Titan. Claire is the strategic lead for all communication with Birmingham City University, the accrediting body for the Titan ITT programme.
Initial Teacher Training (ITT) and CPD Manager
Ross manages the Titan ITT programmes on a day-to-day basis and is the key point of contact for all schools involved in the programmes. He works closely with the trainees and delivers many of the additional elements of the programmes. Ross also develops, manages and delivers the Titan ECT Support Programme offer.
Initial Teacher Training (ITT) Associate
Frances will support the successful delivery of the Titan ITT courses and the management of trainees and staff in schools.
Sarah is the first point of contact at Titan and responsible for developing, maintaining and growing relationships with our current members and ensuring they are maximising their membership. Sarah is also responsible for seeking to develop relationships with new members and partners.
Careers & Skills Manager
Kim is responsible for managing a wide range of careers and skills events and activities for the network. Working closely with careers staff across the network Kim helps to create opportunities for students that will inspire and help raise aspirations as to their future education and employment options.
Sean is responsible for managing all marketing and communications activity on behalf of the organisation. Sean works across all aspects of Titan, including our teacher training programmes to support recruitment.
Mark oversees the coordination of funded projects and Erasmus activities at Titan. Working closely with partners from across Europe, Mark is responsible for ensuring our members have the opportunity to participate in these projects along with their smooth running.
North West Network Sharing Panel Coordinator
Pat manages and coordinates the referral process for the North West Network Sharing Panel and provides support at all Panel meetings. Working closely with schools across the network, Pat is instrumental in helping young people and schools to minimise permanent exclusions.
Minal provides administration support to Funded Projects as well as keeping a close on finance across the organisation, ensuring all processes are correctly applied across the business.
SENCO and Project Manager for the Aston and Nechells Consortium Developing Local Provision Project
Alex is supporting the delivery of the Aston and Nechells Developing Local Provision Project which aims to raise the SEND pupil achievement and improve provision to meet the needs of SEND children in the Aston and Nechells locality.
Central Support Administrator
Kanisha provides central administrative and business support for a wide range of Titan activities, events and projects. Kanisha also provides personal assistant duties to the CEO of Titan.
ITT and Finance Administrator
Zoe assists with general administration duties across Titan as well as providing support to ITT and Titan finances.
